I am going to finish my bachelor�s degree in English (and possibly pursue a master�s degree). Looks like I�m going to begin four credits shy of being a junior. I even have an Arcadia e-mail address: mharrington@arcadia.edu. I missed school. I�m so happy to be back. The discipline and the peer criticism will sharpen my pen. My favorite Bergman film, the one that never fails to move me, is [i]Wild Strawberries[/i]. In other news� I finished [i]Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows[/i], the final Harry Potter novel. J.K. Rowling is a goddess. It�s a brilliant book that starts off a little shaky (much like [i]Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince[/i]), but once it kicks in, it might be one of the darkest, most exciting novels I have ever read. Not quite sure this is a children�s series anymore (probably hasn�t been for quite some time). Way too dark and sinister and philosophic.
