Freud quote – help needed

Are there any psychologists or psychology majors or anyone in the mental health profession who can tell me where this Freud quote is from (what book or lecture)?: “neurosis is the inability to tolerate ambiguity” – The translation may differ from book to book, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere besides general “quote” pages.
